The design is elementary and essential: segments and surfaces intersect and join, and give an immediate perception of the use of this object. This clothes stand is made up of a section of Plexiglas pipe on which some wooden pegs for clothes are “stuck” like nails. As a result the wooden pegs seem to be floating in an empty space. When disassembled this clothes stand takes up very little room; in fact, the wooden pegs can be removed and put into the Plexiglas pipe.
